Our current office just nearby Eindhoven Airport has become to small. That is why we have started constructing a new energy-neutral building of more than 11,000 m2, at Parkforum in Eindhoven. With which we will be able to continue our national and international growth.
Emerald Eternal Green started in 1994 as a one-man business in artificial flowers and plants, which owner Hans van de Kerkhof ran from his garage. Those days are now over. Today more than 30 passionate and dedicated collegeaus make up the Emerald team in Eindhoven. Joël and Chloë van de Kerkhof now also work within Emerald, making it an international family business. To continue this growth, a new location is necessary.
In November, the first ‘symbolic’ shovel went into the ground for the new building, at a strategic location on the Parkforum in Eindhoven. The new location is also close to the Airport, meaning that we will be easy to acces for international and non-international customers. The new building will be completely energy neutral, will have 8,500 m2 of warehouse space and 1,000 m2 of office space. With a 2,000m2 showroom, we will be able to showcase even more of our extensive collection to our customers. The new building will be completed at the end of 2022.
