Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard on new photography for our artificial flower and plant collections, including the year-round collection and our upcoming Autumn-Winter 2025 collection. With a lot of passion and creativity, our team has created a series of beautiful images that showcase the diversity and quality of these collections. Wondering how these shoot days went and what you can expect from our collections? Then read on quickly!
Day 1: Artificial flowers and plants in the studio
The first photoshoot day took place in the studio. During the shoot, we created different sets to showcase the artificial flowers in as many ways as possible, from minimalist design to a cosy and warm setting. To best capture the natural look of the artificial flowers and plants, we worked with various lighting conditions. We used natural light, and artificial light to present the flowers and plants in different moods. The soft light brings out the colours and details of the flowers beautifully, while the brighter light highlights the accents and shadows of the plants.
Day two: Photographing artificial flowers and plants on location
On day two we photographed on location. For this shoot, we went to the beautiful Van der Valk Hotel in Best. In this atmospheric setting, several rooms were decorated with artificial flowers and plants. It was the perfect setting to bring the flowers and plants to life and create an atmosphere that suited Emerald perfectly.
The process behind the photoshoot
The photo shoot was not only an opportunity to showcase our products but also to let our creativity flow. The whole team works closely together to make sure every detail is right. We play with light, composition, and different angles to capture the artificial flowers and plants as vividly and realistically as possible. The result is a series of images that are not only attractive but also highlight the unique characteristics of each plant or flower.
