How can I become a customer?

Can I have a copy of your catalogue?
Our catalogue is only available for our customers, so we cannot send the catalogue to consumers.
Where can I buy your products?
We are happy to refer you to our store locater. Enter your zip/postcode and the nearest stores in your area will be displayed.
How do I place an order?
If you are already a customer with us, you can easily place your order through our webshop.eeg.nl or via email@example.com. Not a customer yet, click here and enter your details, we will contact you as soon as possible about the opportunities we can arrange for you, but please remember we only deliver business-to-business.
How long does it take before the order is delivered?
That depends on the product and type of collection you order. If ordered before 3 p.m., we can deliver individual articles from our year-round collection the next day, but potted items may take a little longer. We always do our utmost to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, and of course we will keep you well informed with the first possible delivery date. If you have both individual items and potted items on your order, these will be delivered together, based on the longest delivery time. You will find the expected delivery times on your order confirmation.
Products from the seasonal collection are not delivered immediately and we also do not have them in stock immediately when introducing a new collection. Please contact us about the delivery times and options.
What does your showroom visit look like?
Our showroom is open all year round with the year-round collection. We present our newest seasonal collections twice a year. Starting in December with the Autumn-Winter collection and in June with the Spring-Summer collection. Showroom visits always have to be planned with an appointment. You can easily schedule your showroom visit by contacting us or by filling in this form. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail or we will contact you by telephone about the possibilities.
When you visit our showroom we’ll give you a tour and a total experience with our team showing you all the highlights. You can then compile your own collection by yourself, or together with one of our specialists. We’ll also treat you with a cup of coffee or a delicious lunch. Whatever you feel like at that moment.
Can I come by without an appointment?
